Non recyclable materials

Recycling is an extremely important act these days. Besides helping to preserve the environment, it generates income for thousands of people.

However, for technical reasons, not all materials discarded by people or industries can go through the recycling process, after going through industrial processes, can not be reused and is destined for common waste.

This material (kind of plastic) can be recycled. However, many recycling companies reject styrofoam because of the low financial return it represents.


Batteries (although not recyclable, should be collected separately, not disposed of with normal waste, as contact with the environment may cause soil and water contamination).
